    RETURNS & SHIPPING

    *We currently offer free ground shipping for all contiguous U.S. domestic orders. Please note that higher shipping rates apply for Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories.

    International shipping rates depend on the destination country and carrier. Additional duties and taxes may apply; please see the “Custom Duties and Import VAT” section below for more information.

    Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the order date for a refund, exchange or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tag attached. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund, exchange or store credit.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase, or an order number.

    Refunds:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

    Late or missing refunds:
    If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank or financial institution. There is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@wrenandroch.com.

    Sale items:
    Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    Defective or Damaged:
    We will replace items if they are deemed by Wren & Roch to be defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at service@wrenandroch.com.

    Exchanges:
    If you do not love your purchase, we will gladly exchange any unused item. It must be in its original packaging with all original tags and literature included. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, as well as the shipping costs to receive the replacement bag. We highly recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

    Exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of the order date for a refund, exchange or store credit. Items being shipped to us for exchange must be received by us prior to a new item being sent to you.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    Custom Duties and Import VAT:
    When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

    You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Wren & Roch does not assume any responsibility for these additional charges that may apply.
